I have now changed my eating habits and what I eat for 2 1/2 weeks now. I was at my doctors office today and got weighed and I have lost 2kg! I am so excited that I see results from eating more often and less at each sitting, plus trying to eat the right things. I do find this blog motivating because I want to share the healthy yet good recipes with you. Nobody said healthy food had to taste bad, I am really enjoying it :D
