Take whole wheat bread and butter two slices with mashed avocado. Put on one layer cheese, then a layer of ham, and then one layer of cheese again. Warm a frying pan with some butter and grill the bread flipping a few times till cheese melts. Serve with a glass of milk for a calcium rich lunch!
For a fun twist cut the bread after grilling with a fun cookie cutter and decorate with cucumber like so.
